We’re organizing Glendale residents to file Prop 218 protests against GWP’s proposed water rate hike, before the November 3, 2026 deadline.
In a direct conversation with GWP General Manager Scott Mellon, witnessed by two others present, we discussed the potential for electricity rates to come down significantly, by our understanding, as much as 50% from today's prices. Stopping this water rate hike is only the first step. Once we defeat it, we will keep fighting to bring your electricity bill down too.
